of cold stores for the storage of fruit and vegetables.

We specialise in building and equipping Controlled Atmosphere
Stores, fruit distribution centres and pack houses with food safe
insulation panels as well as standard cold and chill rooms. We can
use fire retardant insulation panels to meet the latest insurance
specifications for fire resistant cold rooms.

The Instrument Division makes a complete range of measuring
instruments suitable for fruit storage and Vegetable storage.
This range includes Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide analysers.
Automatic control systems for controlled atmosphere storage
rooms that can control Nitrogen Generators and CO2 scrubbers.
Ammonia sensors are used in ammonia alarm systems for
refrigerated areas. Ethylene sensors are used for portable
ethylene measurement as well as for controlling Ethylene removal
in fruit stores and ethylene generators for use in fruit ripening.
