This fixed dual gas analyser uses state of the art
technology to make this an accurate, stable instrument
for continuous monitoring of Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide. This analyser is particularly suitable for use in Low oxygen produce storage and is designed to complement the ICA computerized CA control system as well as being suitable for use in other systems or as a stand alone analyser.
Oxygen is measured with a high-performance electrochemical oxygen sensor. The zero calibration is
very stable and the reading in air is adjusted with the
panel span control.

The carbon dioxide is measured with a miniature, fully enclosed infrared sensor that is highly stable and requires infrequent calibration. An intelligent LCD display shows the reading from both gases and also indicates that the sample flow is sufficient.

The ICA652 is housed in a compact and tough polycarbonate box with a sealed lid and external mounting lugs. The sample flow is indicated and adjusted with a flowmeter and needle valve and an alarm activated for a flow failure. A hydrophobic filter is built in as a final protection from dirt and water.

The power is 24v DC and there are multiple voltage and current outputs for use with the ICA61 system as well
as for stand alone use.

There is a gas inlet for the sample gas and a separate
input for calibration gas for fast response and minimization of calibration gas consumption.
